1. The patient is applying to the Moscow Mediline center over the phone or by filling in the treatment form on our website.
2. After the preliminary conversation with out specialist the patient is arranging the visit to the office.
3. The medical consultant of the Moscow office is telling the patient about the company, its work, finding out patient’s wishes, taking all the medical papers from the patient (case records, analyses results, X ray and MR-imaging results) and sending them to the country that the patient has chosen for the treatment.
4. Mediline office in the chosen country is carrying out professional translation of the patient’s medical papers and showing them to the specialists.
5. Several professional specialists in their medical field are making the preliminary conclusions concerning the way of necessary treatment.
6. Judging by the doctors’ conclusions the patient is given the individual offer where all the prospective expenses are included.
7. The patient is making the prepayment on clinic’s bank account. Mediline office in Moscow is preparing all the necessary papers for entering the country: invitation, visa, tickets, and accommodation.
8. The patient is leaving for the chosen country for having necessary treatment ehab there.
9. After coming back home the patient is receiving final calculations from the clinic. The unexpended finances are being returned to the patient’s account.
10. If the patient needs additional consultations of the doctor, Mediline office can organize it for him.
